3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We only ship to destinations within Lebanese territory. On rare occasions, we may decline to dispatch your parcel if the shipping address is considered to be unsafe, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order.
We are pleased to announce that, at the moment, shipping is offered complimentarily by ABC for orders above 6,000,000 LBP. We might, at our sole discretion, add additional shipping charges in the future, but this will be clearly communicated where applicable to our customers.
We do our best to ship your orders as fast as we can, and you can expect to receive your order within a maximum of 5 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID so you know your order is on its way to you.

We always ensure our products arrive to you in quality condition. However, in the event that your package or product should get damaged in transit, you can return your item(s) to any of our stores for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer online returns at this time.
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a delivery address which is not your home, or which is different to your billing address, by addressing your request to the Customer Service, noting that our accredited shipping provider will contact you prior to delivering your order. It is not possible at the moment however to have different products within your order delivered to multiple addresses.

At this time, we are only offering home delivery as a service to the address you selected before Checkout. We hope to offer collection from store and additional delivery options in the near future.
Because safety comes first, ABC deliveries are dispatched with maximum precautions and hygiene measures. Our accredited shipping provider’s packages are sanitized and treated in line with World Health Organization (WHO) standards
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order leaves our premises, you will be notified of this via email along with information that will allow you to track it.
Once the order is delivered, you will receive a final email to confirm its successful delivery.
Yes, the confirmation email you will receive contains a shipping ID that you can use for tracking on our accredited shipping provider’s website.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
To exchange any item purchased from shopwithABC.com, you simply need to take the item to any ABC Department Store along with the invoice included in the delivery box. Any item purchased through shopwithABC.com can be exchanged, subject to the conditions below.
- Products purchased from shopwithABC.com must be returned in any ABC Department Store or ABC franchise store within the deadline shown on the receipt that accompanies the order. Without the receipt, items cannot be exchanged. After verification, and where necessary inspection, purchased products can only be exchanged with either other sale products or products from the new collection from any ABC Department Store or for an ABC credit voucher. The credit voucher must be used within one year from the date of the last activation/load in any ABC department store or ABC franchise store.
- You can exchange products bought on sale within 7 days from the date shown on the receipt.
- You can exchange non-discounted products within 30 days from the date shown on the receipt.
- Items must be exchanged in their original packaging with all tags attached together with any accessories, instructions and documentation intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that is incomplete, spoiled, used, damaged, worn, and dirty or consumed, even in part, cannot be exchanged. Thus, if after verification and, inspection by our team an item is found to be non-exchangeable or unsuitable for resale, the exchange will be refused.
- Certain products are non-exchangeable, and include, but are not limited to:

- Jewelry, accessories, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be exchanged.
- Cosmetics cannot be exchanged.
